Students, faculty, and staff are invited to take a break, refocus, and relax by joining health coach Lindsay Bloom for this mid-day yoga class. Yoga is an excellent way to de-stress, use deep breathing techniques, and develop good balance and flexibility for life. All levels welcome.
Being Well: The Mental Health Readiness Project, formerly Project COMPASS, is partnering with health coach Lindsay Bloom to offer this class designed to support both the physical and mental health of the participants.
Being Well provides education, training, awareness, screening, assessment, intervention, and pathways to helpful resources for the campus community as well as the greater Fort Wayne area. Email email@example.com for more information about their services.
