Glen Johnson was a reporter who got a once-in-a-lifetime offer from the incoming Secretary of State: Come travel the world with me, be in the room when I make big decisions, and help keep me connected to the American people.
Johnson spent the next four years working alongside John Kerry as they visited 91 countries on all seven continents. He was witness to the Middle East peace process, Iran nuclear talks, Afghan reconciliation negotiations, Paris climate change agreement, and high-level diplomatic meetings in Moscow, Beijing, and Vatican City. Johnson uses these experiences to write about diplomacy in his new book, Window Seat on the World, and will narrate a multimedia presentation bringing the text to life.
