WellRec Open House: PilatesAug 25, 2021

Join fitness instructor Natalie Fish for this core mat-based class which uses your body's own weight as resistance to build strength and long, lean muscles. Additional exercises using low reps creates a head-to-toe metabolic boost. Fitness or comfortable clothes and shoes recommended.
This class is offered as part of the WellRec Open House to learn more about the variety of fitness classes, games, intramural sports and more that are available through University Well-being and Recreation or WellRec, formerly Wellness. WellRec offers programs, events, activities, and classes for students, employees and community members.
Check-in at the Fitness Center area first before heading to the activities. Tickets for food will be at the information table by the fitness center front desk. Activities are being scheduled to take place either outdoors just outside of the Gates Athletic Center or the Fieldhouse. In case of rain or instructor preference, activities will move indoors to the Fieldhouse and the Fitness Center Studio.
