Need some time to clear your mind during the day? Do you want to meet with friends at the same time? Join the Walk Group every Thursday for some exercise, camaraderie, and FUN.

The benefits of walking 30 minutes a day include: improves your mental health and mood; helps with weight loss; boosts immunity; reduces certain cancer and heart disease risks; and contributes to continued mobility as you age. So grab your shoes and let's walk.

In case of inclement weather, please meet in the Helmke Library lobby.
