Please join us as Purdue University Fort Wayne TRIO Program students launch their new book!
The book, Every Student Has a Story: Volume III, offers personal narratives from TRIO students about what it is like to be a first-generation college student. The collection of essays focuses on the real struggles of being the first person in the family to go to college, and perseverance in the face of adversity.
TRIO is our nation's commitment to the dream of education for all Americans regardless of race, ethnic background, or economic circumstance. TRIO is a federally-funded college opportunity program that motivates and supports students in their pursuit of a college degree.
