One-to-One Flex is a 4-week group coaching program designed to teach the fundamentals of flexibility training. Flexibility can increase your strength and mobility, ease lower back pain, and more. Led by health coach Lindsay Bloom, you will gain the knowledge and tools to create an individualized flexibility training program that will be realistic, manageable, and will contribute to your overall health and fitness goals.
This virtual program will be both educational and active. Comfortable clothing is recommended for the flexibility exercises. Class meets every Tuesday from November 2 to November 23. Open to all faculty and staff.
