One-to-One Flex is a 4-week group coaching program designed to teach the fundamentals of flexibility training. You will gain the knowledge and tools to create an individualized flexibility training program that will be realistic, manageable, and will contribute to your overall health and fitness goals.
This virtual program will be both educational and active. Comfortable clothing is recommended for the flexibility exercises. Class meets every Tuesday from October 5 to October 26. Open to all faculty and staff.
