Searching for ways to reduce the symptoms of stress, while improving attention and well-being? Mindfulness and meditation can help transform quality-of-life for many people. Join health coach Lindsay Bloom to learn about the application and benefits of mindfulness and meditation and how to make mindfulness and meditation part of your everyday routine. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend.
This class is brought to you by Being Well: The Mental Health Readiness Project, formerly Project COMPASS, which provides education, training, screenings, assessments, intervention, and pathways to helpful resources for the campus community—as well as the greater Fort Wayne area.
Being Well is partnering with health coach Lindsay Bloom to offer this class as well as a Yoga class next Monday, September 27 at noon in the Fitness Studio, Gates Athletic Center.
