Description

RIP Intervals is an effective combination of weights, cardio intervals, and great toning exercises. Adjustable weights help to give both beginner and advanced participants the resistance they are looking for. 

Intramural fitness classes are limited to the first 20 students and employees for each class. Classes are offered as first come, first served and you may sign up no earlier than one hour prior to the class. All class members must check in with your Purdue Fort Wayne ID at the Athletic Center customer service desk as well as sign in for the class you will be taking.

Classes will be every Monday from September 10, 2018 to December 3, 2018. There will be no classes on October 15, 2018 or November 19, 2018.
