Your weight is made up of muscle, fat, and water. The key to effective weight loss is losing excess body fat, not overall body weight. Weigh loss is not the same as fat loss. Instead of tracking how heavy you are based upon a scale, use the InBody tool for a body composition analysis to track how healthy you are.
Open to all employees and staff. Those who attend the screenings will be eligible for a drawing to win prizes.
To allow for privacy, only one participant will be in the studio for the 15 minute appointment. Please follow social distancing guidelines and face mask policy while waiting for your appointment outside the studio.
