Snacking is an important part of overall food consumption patterns. According to the USDA’s Agriculture Research Service, snacking has increased markedly in recent decades, and provides 23% of daily calorie intake. Learn more about the benefits of healthy snacks and how to prepare them. Samples of healthy snacks will be offered.
