Do you wish you could improve your sleep? Learn how to create a consistent wind-down routine that will help you fall asleep faster and promote longer and deeper sleep at this in-person workshop presented by health coach Lindsay Bloom. A light lunch will be provided for the in-person workshop.
You may attend either the in-person workshop on Friday, August 27 or the virtual presentation on Monday, August 30 from noon to 1 p.m.
