Group Ex Fitness Class: Yoga

Finding balance, strength and purpose in this mat based class gives you a wonderful feeling and sense of success. Connecting mind and body this yoga class is for all fitness levels.
The class is FREE for all currently enrolled students attending classes on campus and Fitness Center members. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Class size limit is based upon class activity and space. Click on More Info link below for list of other Group Ex Fitness Classes.
Class meets every Monday until May 4. No class on January 20 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day) and March 9 (Spring Break).
