Take the challenge to kick, punch and move yourself fit. This cardio class enhances reps and intervals along with high energy fun and great music to burn fat.
The class is FREE for all currently enrolled students attending classes on campus and Fitness Center members. Click on More Info link below for list of other Group Ex Fitness Classes.
Class meets every Tuesday until May 5. No class on March 10 (Spring Break).
