This core mat based class uses the body's own weight as resistance as well as added moves to build strength and long lean muscles. Added exercises with low reps creates a head to tone metabolic boost.
The class is FREE for all currently enrolled students attending classes on campus and Fitness Center members. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Class size is based upon class activity and space. Click on the More Info link below for a list of other Group Ex Fitness Classes.
Class meets every Tuesday until May 5. No class on March 10 (Spring Break).
