Do not forget the importance of building and maintaining muscle. This class takes a variety of resistance equipment and guides your body towards muscle and strength development.
The class is FREE for all currently enrolled students attending classes on campus and Fitness Center members. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Class size is based upon class activity and space. Click on the More Info link below for a list of other Group Ex Fitness Classes.
Class meets every Wednesday until May 6. No class on March 11 (Spring Break).
