This class is a total body workout with 20 minutes of easy-to-follow Cardio moves, 15 minutes of toning /strength, and 10 full minutes of abs and core work.
The class is FREE for all currently enrolled students attending classes on campus and Fitness Center members. Classes are on first come, first serve basis. Class size limit is based on class activity and space. Click on the More Info link below for a list of other Group Ex Fitness Classes.
Class meets every Monday until May 4. Class meets in Room 114 (Racquetball Court) on January 27, February 24, March 30, April 13.
No class on March 9 (Spring Break).
