This is a great class to learn the benefits of connecting the mind and body through balance, flexibility, endurance and strength. You will learn postures, poses and feel relaxed and grounded through meditation and music. Great for all fitness levels.
Class is FREE for currently enrolled students attending classes on campus and Fitness Center members. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis; class size limit is based upon the activity and space.
Classes meet every Monday except on October 21 and continue until December 16.
