Your heart will be pumping as you burn calories doing kicks and punches to great music specifically designed for the awesome moves in this class. Nothing beats this high energy work out to make you feel accomplished for the day.
The class is FREE to all currently enrolled students attending classes on campus and Fitness Center members. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis; class size limit is based on class activity and space.
Classes meet every Tuesday except October 22 and continue until December 17.
