This class is an effective combination of weights, cardio intervals and great toning exercises. Adjustable weights help to give both beginner and advanced participants the resistance needed based their level.
The class is FREE to all currently enrolled students attending classes on campus and Fitness Center members. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis; class size limit is based on class activity and space.
Classes meet every Monday except October 21 and continue until December 16.
