This class offers an absolutely amazing and fun workout with great reps for the abs, legs, glutes and arms. The ripsticks are provided and everyone can work at their own level. Builds strength and works muscles through rhythmic movements. Come check out this jamming good time.
The class is FREE to all currently enrolled students attending classes on campus and Fitness Center members. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis; class size limit is based on class activity and space.
Classes meet every Wednesday except November 27 and continue until December 18.
