Outdoor Bootcamp is a series of challenges, Intervals, and agility done at your own pace with nature as your gym and the usage of the campus terrain. Plan to improve overall endurance and strength with this outdoor adventure.
The class is FREE to all currently enrolled students attending classes on campus and Fitness Center members. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis; class size limit is based on class activity and space.
Classes meet every Wednesday except November 27 and continue until December 18.
