"Celebrating Art as Activism: Margaret Burroughs' Fort Wayne Artivist Legacy," an author reception and performance.

Presenters include Mary Ann Cain, Ph.D., author of South Side Venus: The Legacy of Margaret Burroughs; Condra Ridley, artivist; Terra Brantley, WANE-TV; Omowale Ketu Oladuwa, artivist; and Michael Patterson, musical guest.

South Side Venus was recently selected by Northwestern University's library as the holiday gift to donors.

Presented by the Office of Academic Affairs and the Institute for Research, Scholarship, and Creative Endeavors.
