Cast iron pots and pans have been used for ages. Once your grandmother's favorite cookware or family heirloom, cast iron can be a true asset to any kitchen. With proper care and use, cast iron will last from through generations. Learn the advantages and charm of cooking with cast iron, as well as seasoning and care. Helpful recipes provided. Class is limited to 15 attendees. Open to the public.
